Stroller Strength is a class designed to give moms (dads, and caregivers) the ability to bring their stroller aged children to class with them and get an awesome workout while having fun. This class is open pre and post natal moms or anyone who would like to workout with their stroller aged child. It is a total body workout for all levels of fitness. We use the strollers, the environment and our own bodies to get a full body cardio, strength and core workout. Bring your kids, your stroller and a mat and we are set to go! Come experience a class that will challenge mommy and be fun for baby!
